Return & Exchange Policy

All hoodies are made to order and often customized specifically for each customer. Because of the nature of these items, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, or customer error when selecting size, color, or design options. Please review all details carefully before placing your order, as each item is created based on the information provided at checkout.
If there is an issue due to an error on my end (such as receiving the wrong item or a production defect), please contact me and I will make it right.

Deposit Policy (Non-Refundable)

All deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation.

This is because each order is made-to-order and requires time, planning, and preparation immediately after purchase. Once a deposit is placed, your spot is reserved on my waitlist and production schedule, and I begin the process of organizing materials, design planning, and securing your place in the queue.

Because I limit the number of custom orders I take at one time, your deposit also holds space that cannot be offered to another customer. For this reason, deposits cover time, labor, and the commitment of reserving your order slot.

If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded. However, if you need to make changes to your order, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate adjustments before production begins.
