By placing an order with OxiDYEZ, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Custom Orders
All items are custom-made based on the details provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information, including design requests, sizing, and shipping details, is accurate at the time of ordering.

Deposits
A deposit may be required to begin work on your order. All deposits are non-refundable. This secures your spot and covers time, materials, and design work already started.

Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full before your order is shipped. Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

Pricing
All prices are subject to change at any time. However, once a deposit has been made, your quoted price will be honored for that order.

Processing Time
Each item is made to order. Estimated processing times will be provided but are not guaranteed and may vary depending on order volume and design complexity.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before work has begun. Once work has started, cancellations are not permitted, and deposits will not be refunded.

Shipping
OxiDYEZ not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Intellectual Property
By submitting images or design ideas, you confirm that you have the right to use them. OxiDYEZ responsible for any copyright or trademark issues related to customer-provided content.

Communication
OxiDYEZ aims to maintain clear and timely communication throughout the order process. Customers are encouraged to respond promptly to any questions or approvals needed to avoid delays.

Policy Updates
OxiDYEZ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
