Custom Item Policy

Each t-shirt is made-to-order and hand-bleached, meaning every piece is unique. Because of this:

• All sales are final
• No refunds or exchanges are accepted once production has started
• Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of ordering.

Production Time

Production time varies depending on current order volume and the level of customization required

Typical turnaround time is 1 to 3 months

You will be given an estimated completion time upon placing your order.

Updates may be provided during the production process if timelines change.

• During busy periods, processing may take longer due to the hand-made nature of each item
• You will be contacted if delays occur

Shipping Policy

• Orders are shipped after production is complete and final payment is received.
• Tracking information is provided once the order ships.
• Delivery times vary depending on carrier and location (typically 2–7 business days within the U.S.)

Shipping Restrictions & Notes

• We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages once marked delivered
• Customers must ensure their shipping address is correct — we are not responsible for incorrect addresses

International Shipping

• International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility
• Delivery times vary widely depending on destination country
• We are not responsible for customs delays or holds

If international shipping costs exceed the standard shipping fee ($10) charged at checkout, the customer will be required to pay the difference before the order is shipped

Care & Product Disclaimer

• Slight variations in color, pattern, and fading are expected and part of the design
• Bleach effects are permanent and may continue to lighten slightly over time with washing
• Wash separately for first few washes to avoid color transfer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to my error, contact me within 7 days of delivery
• We will offer a replacement or resolution at no additional cost
